Born and raised in Gainesville, Rob is a double Gator, with a bachelor’s and master’s at the University of Florida. When he’s not on the job site he is spending quality time with his wife and three amazing children.

Brenda was born and raised in Gainesville. Brenda graduated as a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society from Santa Fe College in the Building Construction Program. She brings with her 16+ years of commercial construction project management experience. When Brenda is not at work, she spends her time with family and friends enjoying life to the fullest.
Project Manager
Shane is a versatile project manager who oversees residential renovations and additions. He has built log cabins and timber frames from the ground up, and also loves working outside and on projects for his home.
Residential Project Manager
Bert has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in construction management and over 10 years of experience building homes. In his spare time, he loves to do obstacle course races with his son and go to Gator games with his daughter.
Commercial Superintendent
Jim has a background in construction management and excels in his role as a superintendent. Outside of work, he is either playing with his dogs or enjoying some hard-earned chocolate chip ice cream.
Residential Project Manager
Larena was born and raised in Gainesville, FL. She comes from a background of Property Management, custom interior design and home owner relationships. In her free time she loves the outdoors, water sports and spending time with her 2 daughters.
Vice President of Commercial Construction
Chris is a licensed professional engineer with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida. He has over 10 years of experience providing oversight of heavy construction projects. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and occasionally playing a round of golf.
Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Ginger was born in Jacksonville, FL and lives in Gainesville. She has 20+ years’ experience providing account management, administrative support and bookkeeping in the construction industry. She is an animal advocate and dedicates many hours to fostering dogs and preparing rescues for their forever homes. She also loves the outdoors and spends lots of time in the springs and rivers in our area.
